Dgroups.org is the online home for groups and communities working to achieve international development goals. In Dgroups, one can find the online tools and services needed to support the activities of a team, a group, a network, a partnership or a community. It is lead, owned and governed by the Dgroups Partnership which comprises of several international development organisations: CTA, CGIAR, DFID, FAO, Hivos, ICCO, IDRC/Bellanet, IICD, INASP, KIT, OneWorld, SNV, UNECA, UNAIDS, World Bank. This presentation will explain how Dgroups emerged, what are its challenges and opportunities and what are the current ideas for its future.
